RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 • In charge of researches for new products
 • In charge of product development for commercial production.
 • Develop or modify new products, assist in product definition and design
 • Validate and test recipes for standardization
 • Formulate cakes & pastries recipes
 • Perform initial trial runs for new products and line set-up
 • Responsible for quality audits ensuring that the finished products meet the set standards
 • Conduct research on potential bakery premixes
 • Able to decorate different types of cakes such as birthday cake, wedding cake, debutante cake and other cakes needed for    occasion
 • Make/prepare different kinds of icings
 • Do stability testing and monitoring of new product before launching
 • Work hand in hand with the marketing people for new product development
 • Conduct sensory evaluation for new products 


REQUIREMENTS:
 • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food and Beverage    Services Management or its equivalent.
 • Vocational Diploma/Short Course/Certification on related courses such as: Basic Cake & Icing, Bakery & Pastry Arts,    Fundamentals of Pastry Arts, Basic Commercial Bread Making, Basic Commercial Baking, Short Course in Cake Decorating
 • At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry, food/catering/restaurant industry
 • Applicants must be willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
 • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Food Technology/Nutritionist, Food and Beverage Services   Management or its equivalent

MACHINE OPERATOR
(Operates, Troubleshoot and do Preventive maintenance of the machines.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 • Capable of working on high speed machine equipments and precision machinery used in mass production of a firm
 • In charge of product development for commercial production.
 • Can monitor the machine regularly to prevent any chances of breaking down
 • Able to perform regular checks on the parts of machinery and made important adjustments wherever necessary
 • Made sure the products manufactured from the machine are of high quality and made adjustments to improve the quality
 • Prepared the machine for starting the production process by equipping it with the required tools
 • Monitor the constant availability of raw materials and inputs so that the machine can function constantly
 • Conduct research on potential bakery premixes
 • Worked over the time to complete the production requirement of the clients


REQUIREMENTS:
 • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in the following courses:
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering
• Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering and Management
• Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering
• Preferably knowledgeable in either of the following common machines:
• Bosch
• Sew
• Tonelli
• Reillo
• Autobake
• Apple
• Willing to work on shifting schedule (6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm; 10pm-6am)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER


RESPONSIBILITIES:
 • Performs duties and responsibilities on the implementation of environmental policy.
 • Attends the requirements of the establishment pertaining to pollution source and control.
 • Secures necessary permits for company's activities affecting the environment, pollution sources and renewal thereof.
 • Develops, implements, and promotes occupational safety and health programs in the work place.
 • Assists and facilitates the compliance to safety and environmental legal requirements
 • Handle other matters of environmental concerns as required by the company.  


REQUIREMENTS:
 • Female/Male, 21-30 years old
 • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Environmental Engineering, BS Environmental Science, BS Industrial Engineering or its equivalent
 • Preferably Certified Pollution Control Officer
 • 1-3 years experience as PCO
 • Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan
