Lemon Square® Cheesecake® Mango Float

Serves: 6-8


  • 3 pcs ripe mangoes
  • 1 pack Lemon Square® Cheesecake®
  • 100 ml condensed milk
  • 250 ml all-purpose cream


  1. Slice the Lemon Square® Cheesecake® into thin rounds. Set aside.
  2. Slice the ripe mangoes into strips. Set aside.
  3. Mix the all-purpose cream and condensed milk.
  4. In a container, take a tablespoon of the sweetened cream and spread it at the bottom of a container. Add a single layer of the sliced Lemon Square® Cheesecake®, followed by a tablespoon of sweetened cream again, followed by a single layer of mango slices. Repeat the layers in this order, ending with the sweetened cream.
  5. Place in the fridge and chill until set.
