No-Bake Blueberry Lemon Square® Cheesecake®
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack Lemon Square® Cheesecake®
- 125 ml condensed milk
- 250 ml all-purpose cream
- 250 ml cream cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp powdered gelatin (white)
- Blueberry filling or sliced fruits
PROCEDURE:
- Slice the Lemon Square® Cheesecake® into thin rounds. Set aside.
- Mix the cream cheese, all-purpose cream, and condensed milk in a blender. If you do not have a blender, put ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer or wire whisk.
- Dissolve the gelatin powder in 1/4 cup hot water and add to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until thoroughly mixed.
- In a container, layer the LS Cheesecake® slices. Then pour the cream cheese mixture. Place in the fridge to let the cheese cake set.
- Before serving, top the cheese cake with blueberry filling (or whatever topping you want).
