No-Bake Blueberry Lemon Square® Cheesecake®


  • 1 pack Lemon Square® Cheesecake®
  • 125 ml condensed milk
  • 250 ml all-purpose cream
  • 250 ml cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp powdered gelatin (white)
  • Blueberry filling or sliced fruits


  1. Slice the Lemon Square® Cheesecake® into thin rounds. Set aside.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, all-purpose cream, and condensed milk in a blender. If you do not have a blender, put ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer or wire whisk.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin powder in 1/4 cup hot water and add to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until thoroughly mixed.
  4. In a container, layer the LS Cheesecake® slices. Then pour the cream cheese mixture. Place in the fridge to let the cheese cake set.
  5. Before serving, top the cheese cake with blueberry filling (or whatever topping you want).
